Konami would like to inform customers that the date for Team Fund Compensation has now been set.

*MLO Team Fund Compensation for all customers

All customers who have played MLO between the start of service and 01:30(UTC) on 22/10/2012 are eligible.

Such customers will receive their compensation provided that they already have an MLO team or create one by 03:00(UTC) 6/11/2012


Please note that due to scale of operation, maintenance will be longer lasting between 03:00-09:00(UTC) on 6/11/2012.

All customers receiving compensation (10,000,000 euros) will receive a private notice informing them of its completion.
( Please note that actual amount will difer depending on your choice of currency).

We have been aware that there exist users who could play MLO and could not due to different Data Pack versions between 11/10/2012  13:30 - 12/10/2012  05:30(UTC)
*Only those who could download the Data Pack ver 2.0 until 12/10/2012 12:00 were able t play MLO.


As a result of our investigation, we have discovered that you were not able to play MLO and as the compensation for this, we have added 5700000 Euros to your Team Funds which were 500000 Euros.
(The above amount assumes that your choice of currency is Euros and the amount may appear differently due to your chosen currency.)

  Also, due to the series of inconveniences and confusion caused, we would like to offer customers some Master League Online team funds as a form of compensation.

The amount has been set at 10,000,000 euros (The equivalent amount a competition winner will receive).


*Please be aware that this refers strictly to Master League Online funds which can only used in-game.

(*) The customers receiving compensation first will be those that were logged into the game from start of our online service up until 01:30(UTC) on 22/10/2012. However, please be informed that will only be eligible if you have a Master League Online team. So please make sure you create one (if you do not have one already) by the times this happens (Dates will be announced at a later time).

Futher announcement will follow as to when the remaining customers will receive their compensation.

We would like to inform you that customers fitting the below conditions will receive compensation in the form of MLO team funds.

1) Customers who were unable to play Master League Online between 13:30 on 11/10/2012 to 05:30 on 12/10/2012 (UTC).
2) Customers who were unable to take part in the Master League Online competition held between 10:12 - 15:00 on 17/10/2012 (UTC) owing to its sudden cancellation.


These customers will be compensated appropriately during irregular maintenance between 04:00-07:00(UTC) on 25/10/2012 and a personal message will be sent to each individual customer.

PES 2013 Data Pack 2.0 now available on Xbox 360

Includes latest roster updates and 11 new boots
The highly anticipated Data Pack 2.0 is now available on Xbox 360 through the Xbox Live Marketplace. Our Xbox 360 users will finally have access to our latest roster updates, 11 new boots, and 3 new Spanish La Liga stadiums among other upgrades.
The Data Pack 2.0 needs to be downloaded through the Xbox LIVE Marketplace before entering the game, but if you want a quick guide on how to correctly set up your new Data Pack 2.0

PES 2013 Further Maintenance to fix slow data reflection

We would like to inform our customers that in addition to the earlier maintenance work carried out in order to address the issues with delays in Master League Online prize money, tickets and player transfers being reflected, there will be additional maintenance to further improve the current situation between 01:30-06:30 (UTC) on 22/10/2012.

However, please be informed that while we can expect data reflection times to be shortened further, we are still in the process of addressing the root cause to this issue.

Should you still expect delays, please try waiting for 1-2 hours for the data to be correctly reflected.

PES 2013 Delayed reflection of signed & released players in MLO

Delayed reflection of signed & released players in MLO

It has come to our notice that customers have been experiencing delay with regards to the reflection of any prize money won in competition as well as changes to their squad lineup when signing or releasing players.

Through our investigation, it was found that there is roughly a delay of 1 to 2 hours for the data to be correctly updated.

So, should you release that you are affected by the above issues, please wait for 1 to 2 hours.

In the mean time, we can reveal that will be carrying out server maintenance between 02:30 - 05:00(UTC) on 17/10/2012 in order to fix this issue.

* Please note that maintenance times may be extended if necessary.

Update: Player signing and release issue in MLO

We would like to inform our customer that we have carried out maintenance work on our server regarding this issue as previously stated.

It was discovered that the delay in prize money and changes to squad lineups were due to lag on our server and we have worked to solve this issue during maintenance, but the root cause is still under investigation.

Should you continue to experience issues with your prize money and player signings or releases not being reflected immediately. Please wait for 1 to 2 hours as previously advised.

First of all we would like to apologize for all the issues caused by our Data Pack 2.0 yesterday, but we are happy to announce that it will be available once more after our emergency update planned for 13:00 - 15:00 (UTC) on the 12th of October, 2012.
We kindly ask you to please follow the following steps before trying to reinstall the Data Pack on PS3:
1. Remove your [PES 2013 Data Pack] from the [Game Data Management] on the XMB（Cross Media Bar）.
2. Start PES 2013 and download Data Pack via [INFORMATION].
3. Choose [Transfer] in [Edit] and then press the triangle button on the League selection screen.
4. The following message will be displayed. Choose from the options.
"Revert all Registered data to Default."
Do you really want to revert all Registered data to Default? YES / NO
YES : Player line-ups will be updated in line with the Data Pack 2.0. (Edit Data will be overwritten.)
NO : Edit Data can be kept. (Player line-ups of the Data Pack 2.0 will not be reflected in the game.)

For PC users who are having trouble downloading the new Data Pack 2.0 or are seeing the 'Game out of date' error message. Please download the latest patch (version 1.01) from the below website:

Please choose the version of the patch that applies to you, depending on whether you purchased your copy of the game on DVD or digital download.
Once downloaded, unzip the file and click on the patch to install it and follow all the on screen instructions.
Now that the patch is installed, Run PES 2013 and you will be able to download the Data Pack 2.0 by heading to the 'Information' tab in the top menu.

We will keep you up to date regarding the Xbox 360  version as soon as we can, and for more information please keep an eye on our Server status portal.

The matching issue which result to the match being invalid in the tournament phase of online competition will be fixed on 11th October.

The online competition which has temporarily been suspended will resume on Thursday, 11th October, (Timing to be conformed)

Additionally, for users who have their matches to having been invalid and resulting to their  match being counted as lost

we will investigate on these cases and the users will be compensated by Master League Online credits.

Compensation due to be made on Tuesday, 16th October on our regular maintenance .

When searching for an opponent, the game will try to find a player that can easily connect to you. This is to ensure the fastest and most lag free game for you and your opponent. This often means that players in your country will be picked first. The October patch will bring some changes in that will give the opponent search a wider range and should help you find one quicker.

Please note that the stability of your Internet Connection will also affect the opponent search process.

Problem of using PES2012 Edit Data in PES2013

Problem of using PES2012 Edit Data

If PES2012 Edit Data Includes certain boots available with Data Pack 3 for PES2012, it sometimes causes Serious problem such as freezing the game when such Edit Data was used on PES2013.

<Avoidance>

Identify players who wear the boots in the list below and change their boots to other boots not in the list and save the data on PES2012. Then download the edited data to PES2013.

If you don’t remember which player wears edited boots, it would be safe not to use PES2012 Edit data on PES2013. You can delete PES2012 Edit Data by going to Sava Data Management and delete the corresponding Edit Data.

PES 2013 Create Port

This is certainly not KONAMI issue. Lots of video game need certain port to be opened or trigger. If you still can't access, most likely you not doing it right.

You have to set a Static IP address first:

After that, access your router. It's usually 192.168.1.1, but it depend on your router. To find your router IP address, read this guide:

Click on your router brand, and it's model number. For example, my router is TP-Link W8960N. So i click TP-Link first (brand), then W8960N (model).

As for now, there's no Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 port forwarding guide yet, so you only have the "PS3 Pro Evolution Soccer 2012" and "Pro Evolution Soccer 2011" on that game list. Click either one of these, doesn't matter because what's important you want to use these as a template and guide.

You're on PC, so this is the values that you need to enter in the blank box:

PC ports that need to be open:

TCP: 44, 4000-4200

UDP: 3658, 5730-5739

You're not done yet, another thing you must not forget is allow your firewall to access Incoming and Outgoing of these Ports. It depend on your firewall program, Internet Security suite, or Anti-Virus. The easiest way but slightly nuisance is by disabling your firewall each time you want to play PES 2013. But i do not recommend you to disable it for all the time, because your PC might be in risk when you're browsing online.
